FIND THIS SECTION IN THE TRAINING HANDBOOK, starts at bottom of pg. 4.
Submit this form multiple times throughout the day or write each entry down in your own paper journal to record all at once at the end of the day.

Be sure to write each negative thought, phrase, or emotion you had about yourself throughout the day, and note the event that caused it.

(DO NOT WAIT TO RECORD IT BECAUSE YOU MAY FORGET AT THE END OF THE DAY – RECORD IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE)


To change your view of self, and to improve your confidence we must be aware of and reframe and rephrase or quickly dismiss anything negative you said about yourself.

This exercise helps you to become more aware of how you treat yourself, and will help improve your mood, behavior, and habits.
