F.A.Q.

What's the difference between in person and Online Training?

Everything is done virtually, so you no longer need to schedule in person training sessions, this is the beauty of online training, as you get the freedom to fit your training sessions in on your terms. Together we will determine the plan, and the best time for you to do your workouts, if you need to adjust your schedule you can do so ahead of time in the app. If you plan it, you’re more likely to stick to it.

How many workouts do I get per week?

We will determine that together based on your individual goals, daily schedule, and constraints, the most important thing is you’re doing something more days out of the week than not. We will work to figure out the best plan of action to make sure you’re getting enough frequency in to achieve your desired goal.

Where is the Accountability aspect if it's Online?

For workouts in the Lift Stress Away training app I am notified when you’ve completed a workout. I check in every day to see how your workout was or how you’re feeling on non workout days. Nutritionally, you are able to sync your MyFitnessPal app to the training app. From there I am able to track your daily menu as well as give you pointers/tweaks as I see fit. Personally, I find the accountability provided online vs. in person is so much greater, as the structure provided and support goes far beyond the scheduled 2-3 one hour a week sessions (fit into the trainer’s schedule – not yours) with an in person trainer.

What if I'm on vacation or sick one week?

If this happens, we will continue to strategize for the following week, if you are ill and don’t bounce back we can add an additional week to the end of your program. If you do go on vacation, we still want to implement good habits, and continue exercising where possible with shorter higher intensity duration workouts to make sure you don’t skip a beat when you get back to your regular routine.

How do I know if I'm doing it all correctly? What if I need to ask questions?

With the 24/7 two-way messaging in the app I am able to answer all of your questions quickly. With your weekly coaching sessions we can discuss your form, technique, any obstacles you might be having trouble with in your training program as well as set weekly goals.

How do we track my progress?

With Monthly measurements and photo diaries we are able to track your progress throughout your program. My private app will prompt you exactly where to take measurements and how to pose for pictures. These pictures are stored in the app for tracking, only you and I are able to view them.

What if I'm traveling and don't have my usual equipment?

Let me research where you’re staying and what gym amenities they have at your stay and I will create your workouts accordingly. No equipment at all? No problem, I can set up full body weight workouts that require zero equipment.
