Looked like I just finished Training for the Movie 300 💪 Results

Tahsheanna PratcherJosh gave me so many varied and challenging workouts in order to help me prepare my conditioning and athletic prowess for an obstacle course I had signed up for. I was very happy with the results, as I was the most athletic I had ever been, and I love the athletic look. I was very ready for Tuff Mudder when it came time to run the race. Josh was a pleasure to work with and was motivational throughout, I really appreciated the time and effort and creativity he put into my program.

LaurenI got results! I learned what my body was and was not capable of. Most importantly I learned that it was all in the mindset. Once my mind was committed my routines began to change and I started to see even more results. The program was very easy to follow and Josh was always accessible if I had questions . I did not think I was going to love working out this much. I enjoy being somewhat active but I was surprised how much moving my muscles/body became a necessity.
